2023 UPDATE - COVID19
- As Western Australia slowly proceeds with the safe transition plan to ease interstate and international borders, we ask that you take note of our 2023 Salon Policies regarding Coronavirus.
ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY
- All clients are required to make appointments online. This is to assist with taking attendance records and contact details of clients, which will assist with contact tracing should a positive case be found to have attended our premises.
- Walk-In appointments, or requests to make a booking with us via phone call or SMS will be politely declined and redirected to our booking page at luckylashes.com.au/booking.
- We thank you again for your understanding
BOOKING DECLARATION
- When you make a booking with Lucky Lashes you will be required to complete a Pre-Appointment COVID-19 Client Liability Waiver and Consent Form. This form will be made available as part of the booking process.
- For the safety of our staff and clients, we ask that you please do not book if you are feeling unwell, or are experiencing and any flulike symptoms indicative of Coronavirus.
STAFF VACCINATIONS
- In the interests of our staff and client health and safety, all Lucky Lashes staff are double vaccinated.
