COVID19 SALON POLICY
- Dear Clients, Lucky Lashes takes the safety and wellbeing of clients, employees, and our community very seriously. We want to update you on what we are doing in response to The Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
What we are doing
- To manage COVID-19, we are closely monitoring all advice received from Australian medical authorities and the World Health Organisation (WHO) regarding precautions needed to minimise risks concerned with COVID-19. Staff are directed to perform extra hand washing throughout the day and hand sanitizer use is available at all stations.
- We have also increased the frequency of cleaning as well as additional sanitation of bathrooms, and other amenities with a focus on “high-touch areas” such as doorknobs, buttons, and handles.
What we expect from our clients
- This ruling is in line with the new travel measures set by the Australian Border Force that requires anyone arriving at Australia’s international airports to go straight into self-isolation for 14 days. Clients who feel unwell prior to the appointment are strongly advised to reach out to us to reschedule or cancel their appointments with a cancellation fee waiver.
- We will be refusing service to clients who arrive at their appointment with flu-like symptoms (uncontrolled coughing or sneezing, runny nose, etc) and will be kindly directing them home. We will also send home any staff member who is visibly ill or exhibit any symptoms of the flu.

Booking Requirements – Covid Declaration
- When you book an appointment you will be required to complete a COVID-19 Client Pre-Entry Consent Form, declaring that you have not traveled outside Western Australia within the past 14days, are not experiencing any flu-like Covid related Symptoms, and (to the best of your knowledge) have not been in contact with anybody who are on the high-risk list.
- After booking your appointment, if you develop any symptoms indicative of Covid19, or suspect you may be at risk you will be required to inform Lucky Lashes as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment to a later date
In Case of Covid19 Outbreak
- In the scenario that there is a snap lockdown on the day of your appointment and you are unsure whether your appointment will go ahead, please check the Lucky Lashes Facebook page for updates and instructions.
- If you have an existing appointment affected by the Perth Covid lockdown or need to self-quarantine, if it is further than 24hours away please reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
