Can I have lashes if I have any allergies?
- Everybody has different immune system and reaction towards foreign materials. Although rare, allergic reaction is possible. This will be more likely if you have a underlying allergies. However at some rare cases, allergic reaction might happen to anyone.
- Some of allergic reactions includes itchiness, swellings, eye irritations, inflamation and other symptoms.
- Please advise your technician of any allergies you may have. However we would suggest people with allergies to latex, surgical tapes, and lash adhesive not to have eyelash extensions done.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. In the rare event any of these symptoms occur please contact us immediately for a free removal. We suggest to have your lashes professionally removed as soon as possible and contact GP if reactions presists.
I just had surgery/eyeliner tattoo, would it be a problem?
- Any eye surgeries – since each individual has different healing time and depending on the surgery, please allocate your booking to be at least 3 months after your surgery or as your doctor suggestion.
- Any other surgeries – please take into consideration whether this surgery will affect your ability to follow through our procedures, such as lying and staying still for a period of time, having items on your forehead such as towel/headband.
- Eyeliner tattoo – please allocate at least 4 weeks after your tattoo procedure or when it's completely healed.
Can I have spray tan before my appointment?
- Please wait until tan is fully set. Allocate at least 24hrs after your spray tan appointment.
- We wouldn't recommend doing spray tan after the eyelash extensions application due to its effect to your lash retention. Please refer to our after care instructions.
