HOW DO YOU APPLY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Lash extensions are applied individually to your natural eyelashes, approximately 1 mm -1.5mm from the eyelid using a bonding agent glue. Therefore, neither the lash nor glue has contact with the skin.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Lashes can last approximately up 3 to 5 weeks and this varies individually and how they maintain their aftercare. Depending on the condition of your natural eyelashes and natural growth cycle of eyelashes with extensions (normally between 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the natural growth cycle and individual eyelash), extensions may not last as long as anticipated. We recommend to book for a new set after 5-7 weeks or 3-4 refills to maintain lashes health and hygienic lashes.
What are types of lashes do we offer?
We offer various types of lashes depending on your lashes condition and your preffered lashes style. Lashes thickness and curl will be modified according to your individual needs. Our "Classic" series offers a more mascara look with slightly thicker individual lashes applied on to a single natural lash, while our "Volume" series are catered to look fluffier and depending on your preffered thickness end result it can give you natural look (Natural 3D) up to extreme strip lash look (Mega Volume).
For that special occasion we also offer coloured lashes such as Green, Pink, Yellow, Brown and Purple. These are subtle colours that won't be too eccentric but still add a unique touch to your look.

How long the bottom lashes last?
Bottom lashes last up to 14 days. This suits clients who are looking to get extra look for a special event. There are no refill for bottom lashes service.
How long will it take?
Depending on your chosen appointment our new set usually takes between 1hr up to 1hr 30mins, while refill takes around 1hr. Although rare, a delay or longer appointment time might occur. Therefore, we suggest that you allocate extra time if you have another meeting after your lash/brow session. New clients are suggested to allocate an extra 15 mins for initial consultation with our technicians.
How do I choose my sessions?
If it is your first time, the Natural set is recommended , if you normally wear daily make up, a Volume Set is recommended. If you plan to go away travelling overseas and need a thicker longer lasting set, 3D-6D set is suitable.

Can I have lashes if I have any allergies?
I just had surgery/eyeliner tattoo, would it be a problem?
Will lash extensions/lash lift damage my natural lashes?
A proper application will not damage your natural lashes. Everyday lash curler / mascara / strip lash application may cause more damage than lash extensions/lash lift services.
We strive for perfection in our eyelash extensions/lash lift application. Proper after care must be followed to maintain your natural lashes health condition. Failure to do so can result in loss of retention and even natural lashes loss.
