Bookings are flexible and can be made online here. Once your session is booked you can make changes to the appointment up to 24hrs before the scheduled appointment. Here are our booking and cancellation policy:
1. We do not accept refills from another technician. This is to ensure the quality of work and retention of our treatment. New clients are required to book new set for eyelash extensions services. We provide free eyelash extensions removal with any new set as add on services if needed. Please tick the 'lash removal' add on button to avoid getting less treatment time due to lash removal. New clients are advised to allocate extra 10 minutes before the appointment to fill in our consent form and cosultation.
2. We do not accept clients outside our operating hours.
3. Less than 24hrs cancellation, changes, or no shows incur a $40 penalty fee which will be charged to your account. No further bookings will be processed during this time. We have a strict booking policy to ensure we provide high standard and professionalism to our clients and our staff. Our booking system has made it easy to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If you are unsure or want to be put on to our waiting list on a specific time please text us to 0450169803 with your full name, desired service, and preferred times.
4. Notify us if you are running late to your appointment. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. $40 last minute cancellation/no show fee will be applied otherwise.
5. Please book the appropriate refill/appointment slot. We offer different types of refill accordingly booking the correct refill slot means you have the proper time allocation.
6. Any appointments with less than 40% remaining lashes and/or more than 4 weeks apart will be treated and charged as new set. Please book a new set instead of refill slot to ensure proper time allocation for the lash application. Free removal is included as add on. This is done to avoid poor retention and lash damages. 7. Returning clients are advised to book new set with removal after every 3-4 refills. This is done to ensure proper cleaning of your lashes, maintain healthy lash condition, help with retention issues, as well as ensuring the beautiful design of the lashes.
8. No refund for any goods sold or service provided. Please book the appropriate service you desire and discuss your preferred lash look with your technician prior your treatment. You can look at our service list/portfolio before finailising your booking. Once the chosen treatment has started there is no changing of style or services. Please note that first time client may want to see and try to find their best lash service and style match. You can advise your technician of any changes you want to do on the next refill appointment.
