How do I book an appointment?
- Visit the booking page at https://luckylashes.as.me/
- Select a studio location
- Choose your Lash Extension Style*
- Choose any add-ons (eg; lash removal)
- Choose a date and time from the available options
- Follow the prompts to confirm booking.
- *If it is your first time, the Natural set is recommended. If you normally wear daily makeup, a Volume Set is recommended. If you plan to go away traveling overseas and need a thicker longer lasting set, a 3D-6D set is suitable.
Can I make changes to my appointment?
- You can make changes to the time and day of your appointment up to 24hrs before the scheduled appointment.
- To make a change to your booking click on the ‘change or cancel appointment’ link in your confirmation email.
- * Please keep in mind our <booking terms and conditions> and <cancellation policy>.
Is There A Waiting List For Appointments?
- If your preferred day/time is not available, you can request to be put onto a waiting list and (if this appointment time becomes available) we can contact you to give you first priority to book this appointment time.
What happens after booking?
- After you have completed your booking the following things will happen:
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your booking, and a link that you can use to update/make changes to your appointment date (up to 24hours before)
- 24hours before your booking you will be sent a reminder email and text message about your upcoming booking.
Where do I go for my appointment?
- Lucky Lashes operates out of two locations – Lathlain and Warwick. You will be asked to select one of these locations when you make your booking.

How long are appointments?
- Depending on your chosen appointment our new set usually takes between 1hr up to 1hr 30mins, while refill takes around 1hr.
- Although rare, a delay or longer appointment time might occur. Therefore, we suggest that you allocate extra time if you have another meeting after your lash/brow session.
- New clients are suggested to allocate an extra 15 mins for an initial consultation with our technicians.
