First Timers
1) Choosing a Lucky Lashes lash style
- Extension types are listed on our services page here. Before booking your appointment we encourage you to look through our services page and gallery to find a look and style that you like. We have photos here on our website and hundreds more on our Instagram and Facebook
- If you are new to lash extensions we recommend starting with our classic natural set. Our natural set applies one single extension to each individual lash which ensures a much more natural, subtle look.
- Before you start your appointment, you will have an opportunity to discuss with us how want your lashes to look (eg; natural, “like you are wearing mascara”, fluffy, doll eye, etc) so that your lash technician will be able to apply applicable techniques to get your desired look.
TIP – show us photos!
- Sometimes finding the right words to describe the lashes that you want can get confusing. To make it easier for yourself and us, we recommend visiting our Instagram, facebook or website and saving a couple of screenshots onto your phone of some client eyes that you’d like your lashes to look like.
- This helps us to understand your desired look (and minimise risk of misunderstandings. ❤
2) How to book
- Visit the booking page at https://luckylashes.as.me
- Select a studio location
- Choose your Lash Extension Style.
- Choose any add-ons (eg; lash removal)
- Choose a date and time from the available options
- Follow the prompts to confirm the booking.
3) Booking the correct appointment slot
- Appointment slots are timed based on the type of lash style you choose.
- It is important that you choose the correct appointment according to the last style that you want so that we allocate the correct amount of time for you, and that the next customer is not kept waiting.
- If you are unsure or want to be put onto our waiting list for a specific date/time please text your name, number, desired service, and preferred times to 0450 169 803.
Reminder: Lucky Lashes does not accept refills from outside technicians.
- This is to ensure the quality of work and retention of our treatment. New clients with remaining lashes from an outside lash technician will need to tick the “lash removal” add-on button so we can add extra time to your appointment slot.
5) Payment & Confirmation
- The cost for the appointment is provided to you at the time you make your booking. Before you book you can view costs on our services page here.
- You will not need to pay upfront for your lash appointment however to complete your booking you will need to provide payment details.
- What happens after booking?
- After you have completed booking your appointment the following things will happen:
- • You will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your booking.
- • 24hours before your booking you will be sent a reminder email and text message about your upcoming booking.
6) Day of your appointment
- New clients are advised to arrive an extra 10minutes before appointment time for a quick consultation and to fill in our consent form.
- Please notify us if you are running late. We will hold your appointment for 15minutes. Last-minute cancellations or “no shows” will be charged according to our <cancellation policy>.

7) Rescheduling or Cancellation
- Our booking system has made it easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- To change or cancel a booking, click on the ‘change or cancel appointment’ link in your confirmation email.
- ** Late cancellations and "no-shows" will incur a fee. For more information see our <cancellation policy>. **
- If your appointment is affected by Covid19 (eg lockdown restrictions) and you are unsure whether your appointment will go ahead please visit our <Covid Policy page>for the latest updates.
